Privacy notice
This website is run by volunteers for LaSalle Stompers to manage football squares boards. We collect only what we need to run the board.
What we collect
- Your name and the name you choose to show on the board.
- Your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it.
- Which squares you reserved and when, and the organizer's notes about your reservation.
- A one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store the address itself.
How it is used
- To hold and confirm your squares and to contact you about this board.
- Only the board name you choose is shown publicly. Email addresses and phone numbers are never displayed publicly.
- Your information is visible only to the team's authorized organizers. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
How long we keep it
After a board is completed, personal details are deleted or anonymized after the retention period set by the organizer (180 days by default). Organizers can also remove your details sooner on request.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to have your squares released, by contacting the organizer.
Data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel), which may process it outside Canada.
